Instructions for AUC-75 Presentations
Link to upload the presentation Link to upload the presentation will be communicated to all participants through their registered email address. Click on the link and upload the presentation before 10 December 2023.
- Presentation strictly in pdf format Only (.ppt/.pptx etc. will not be accepted). Details on how/when to upload the presentation has been communicated to all participants through their registered email address. Users are required to present the proposal from their end using laptop / desktop, uploaded files are for archive purpose/future reference.
- The maximum no. of slides is 6 with file size not exceeding 15 MB. Presentation time(to be followed strictly). So, kindly plan your presentations accordingly.
- All Presentation (BTR 1/2/3/5): 10 Min. + 2 Min. for discussion.
- Focus of presentation should be on the follwoing points:
- Scientific motivation.
- Plan and expected results
- Brief mention of previous research outcome (if any) of accelerator/facilities used in past at IUAC.
- Beam details, beam time required and use of offline and online facilities, targets preparation lab. or any other facilities required
- For BTR 2, the student should also cover importance/ justification of research to be pursued in his/her thesis.
- User should try not to include any slides on theory (unless it is absolutely necessary for the proposal).

Important Information for Users
- Users who have created account during last AUC's can login to their dashboard with username and password created during earlier submission.
- Disable protection on browser if "https" is not working on your browser and use http.
- Details and status of the online submitted proposals can be accessed from the respective user's dashboard. Login to your dashboard and click on the "Application History" menu to check the status.
- Ensure your browser has JAVA enabled.
- Ensure that the file you plan to upload during submission of proposal do not have spaces in its name.
- How to Apply For Beam Time. Wrong selection of BTR forms will be rejected.

- For BTR-3 Proposals: Submit the form online before the last date and take the printout of your online submitted BTR-3 proposal get it forwarded through the Registrar of your institute or organization. It is mandatory to send the original forwarded BTR-3 form to us either via post or in person before 15 November 2023. Without forwarded copy, your BTR-3 proposal will not be considered
- Please note that offline forms or forms submitted through email will not be accepted. Only the forms uploaded using online portal (using user dashboard) will be considered.
