1.Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning electron Microscopy-TEM & SEM provides high-resolution images of the sample, allowing to visualize its internal structure, morphology, and features at the nanoscale.
2.Photoluminescence-Photoluminescence can provide information about the quantum yield, which is the efficiency of light emission compared to the absorption of photons. High quantum yield is desirable for many optoelectronic applications, Time-resolved photoluminescence measurements provide information about the dynamics of photo excited carriers on ultrafast time scales. This can be used to study processes such as carrier recombination and charge transfer
3. FTIR- FTIR can provide information about the overall chemical composition of a sample. By analyzing the intensities of specific absorption peaks.
