The registration fee covers proceedings booklet, conference program, welcome reception, lunch, conference tours, and refreshment breaks.

- Bank transfer
Bank transfers should be made to the IUAC account as indicated below. Participants are reminded to provide their full name, affiliation. Bank transfers will be accepted only until January 14, 2011. All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the applicants.

- Bank drafts
Bank drafts (bank details are same as above) made payable to IUAC and accompanied by the copy of the registration form should be sent to the IUAC.

Acknowledgement of payment will be made to each participant upon receipt of payment during conference at the reception desk.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through mail or fax to the conference convener.

The help desk will be open at the conference site from 16:00 to 21:00 on February 14, the day before the conference begins. We strongly encourage you to collect the payment acknowledge slip and other conference material and on February 14, to avoid congestion on the first morning of the conference.
